“Be aware they have rooms with no windows and it’s hard to change rooms if booked through third party.”

“Stayed for a youth baseball tournament. Check in woman on Thursday July 9, 2026 was friendly, helpful and honestly one of the best I have encountered at a hotel. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was typical for a hotel. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes. Waterpark was fun, but needs serious work. All the metal railings, pipes, ect were corroded and falling apart. One of the sides was shut down as a result. Game room was fun for boys. Not the hotels fault, but the May……

“The pool looked very nice. We did not use it. The bar was ok, except we went in and were not acknowledged in a timely manner. So we left. After dinner, we went back and staff was better. The music was good, but way too loud. The room had a slight funky smell-maybe old smoke or mold. The bathroom wall had a hole in it where the door knob fit. No door stop. The pillows were great-I find many places have bad pillows. I thought it was a little pricey for it's condition.”

“Looks like they are going through an innovation. Staffs were nice and the building was clean. Located outside of Dubuque, but still close from the downtown.”

“Great location we could walk everywhere. The pool was closed though they should tell you that on line when you’re booking your room. Was very clean and the staff was very nice.”

“The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure”

“We did not see staff very much. At the front desk we had to call for help when we checked in and out. At breakfast, no one came to check if more of anything needed to have food added.”

“I've stayed here a handful of times now when I come into town for business. It used to be really clean and very nice, but over the past few years its gone downhill a little bit. Its still pretty clean, but needs to be updated and is not as nice as it used to be overall.”

“If you even think about staying at this hotel, please direct yourself to any number of the hotels in the area or looking at surrounding cities. Reception area was clean and relatively tidy, however, as you turn into the hallways you are greeted with musty smell and dark dirty carpet. Room was gross. Bathroom sink had some sort of a thick, hardened white material like paint or something in it. Spider in the tub. Cobwebs in most corners of the room. Windows look like they haven't been cleaned in……
